These terms apply to fellowship.nblk.org (the "Site"), run by NBLK LLC and NBLK Global Ltd ("NBLK"). By using the Site, you agree to them.
1. Who can use the Site
You must be 18 or older to apply or sign up.
2. Your sign-in
You sign in with your email and a six-digit code. Keep your codes private. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in. If you think someone else has used it, email info@nblk.co right away.
3. Be truthful
Everything you submit must be true, complete and your own work. Giving false or misleading information, including about work authorization, can lead to your application being rejected or an offer being withdrawn.
4. Your materials
You keep ownership of everything you submit, including your resume, cover letter and written answers. You give NBLK permission to store, copy and review them to assess your application and run the fellowship, and, only if you opt in, to build your anonymous internship pool profile.
5. Acceptable use
Do not:
- Try to access another person's application
- Interfere with the Site, or try to get around its security
- Upload anything harmful, unlawful, or that you don't have the right to share
- Use automated tools to scrape or flood the Site
6. Our content and names
The Site's design, text and images belong to NBLK or are used with permission. NBLK® is a registered trademark. NBLK Summer Fellowship™ is a trademark of NBLK. Do not use them without written permission.
7. Applications are not offers
Submitting an application does not create a job, an offer or any promise of selection. Offers are made only in writing, and are subject to the Fellowship Program Terms and eligibility checks.
8. No warranties
The Site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be error-free or online.
9. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, NBLK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including UK consumer rights.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in New York County. If you live in the UK, you keep any protections your local law gives you, and you may bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: info@nblk.co.
